This look was so simple to achieve and gave such a nice pop of color to compliment my Outfit of the day.. Seen Here
To get this look I began with my Urban Decay BB Cream, It is super light and gives decent coverage and SPF! Under my eyes, I used Benefit’s Fake Up Concealer.. That is a product I would not leave my house without, I am kind of obsessed, It gives great coverage, blends beautifully and also doubles as a moisturizer so it does not cake up! For my eyes, I used my Clinque eye shadow duo in Strawberry fudge, applying the Strawberry shadow all over the lid and defined my crease with the fudge. For the liner, I used a sea-foam green shadow from a Jesse’s Girl Palette I found at Rite Aid. I just used a small flat brush and swept the color along my upper and lower lash line. For Mascara I used a favorite Mally Mascara, and last but not least, on my lips I used EOS lip balm in Mint and then blotted on Kate Moss for Rimmel London Lipstick in the shade 107.
This Palette is absolutely amazing. It was so inexpensive, perfect for traveling or carrying around in your purse. The colors are pretty pigmented and they are easy to blend!
Last weekend I flew down to Miami for one of my best friend’s college graduation. To celebrate, we couldn’t go anywhere other then South Beach! If you ever have a chance to travel to the 305 I would make Monty’s a must!! It was absolutely amazing. The scenery was breathtaking with a view of sun, sand, and boats in front of you and a Tiki bar and swimming pool smack in the middle of the place. This location makes for nothing short of a fun time and I am chomping at the bits to do it again the next time I am in the area for a visit!!!!
I love love love the combination of Hot Pink and Navy. I think the loudness of the pink makes a loud, fun statement while the calming of the navy brings the look to an everyday appeal. I have been having some fun playing with colors in my clothing choices as well as with my make up looks.
To get this look I used my Kat Von D eye shadow pallet for the golden hues on my lid. I swept my entire lid with gold, defined my crease with a light brown, and highlighted under my brow and in the inner corner of my eyes with white. I lined my eyes with a navy blue liner by Benefit and traced over it with an Urban Decay blue shadow to ensure the liner from running. I used Maybelline lip stick in Pop Pink. On my cheeks I contoured with Nars bronzer in Laguna and coated the apples of my cheeks with Nars blush in orgasm. For a base I used Urban Decays nearly naked BB cream.

During the week I like to keep my make-up simple and light. I leave the bold dramatic looks for nighttime. I have never been into Clinique, but just recently I purchased an eye shadow duo and kind of fell in love, it has become my go to for everyday wear.
After purchasing the Duo in Strawberry Chocolate and a body wash I received their current promotion, which came with a cosmetic bag, brush bag, two brushes, mascara, and full palate. I apply the bronzer as a contour and the blush to the apples of my cheeks. I apply the pink shade from the duo all over my eye and then blend in the chocolate shade to the crease and outer corner. I finish the look with a light coat of mascara and I am good to go!

This Friday was a lot of fun! I first spent a few hours with Britt while she got the first part of her sick tattoo! I can not wait to see the finished product once all the shading is done! It looks beautiful on her!
Afterwards I met up with some friends to watch a band play at one of the local watering holes. When you surround yourself with good company it is impossible to have bad results! It was such an enjoyable night, filled with amazing art, music, and friends!
“Sunday Morning” is on of my all time favorite songs along with one of my favorite times of the week. Today I spent the morning catching up on some much-needed sleep, grabbing a delicious Cappuccino at a local bakery and watching and adorable theater production called “Under the Sea”.

Last night Sleeping with Sirens released their new single LOW. This is a band that has never let me down.

Last week Britt went to the book signing of Kat’s new book ” Go Big or Go Home”… How awesome is that?!?!?!?! You can check out her post about it HERE <3
Naturally after reading on Britt’s page how great Kat was and how amazing her new book is, I couldn’t resist making a trip to my local Barnes and Noble!!! Britt was right on when she said how rad the book is, Kat is truly and inspiration in so many aspects of Art, with tattooing, a cosmetic line, and a singing career under her belt, I think its fair to say .. SHE’S KIND OF A BIG DEAL.
I recently picked up some of her Cosmetics from Sephora as well and figured why not share how blown away I was with them!
The first thing I got was one of her true romance eyeshadow palettes in Saint
I used to dream about getting one of the Urban Decay Naked palettes and saw that this one had very similar colors for about 20 dollars less. The shadows are soft like butter and are highly pigmented. They are beautiful for a natural look. I am obsessed and so happy that I purchased this palette.
After falling in love with the shadow palette I went back to Sephora to check out more from Kat’s line and fell in love with one of her lipsticks. Normally I am a plain Jane when it comes to the lip’s but this one color caught my eye and I could not help myself, I had to have it!
It is her painted love lipstick in Home Girl. The deep purple caught my eye and once I tried it I was gaga for this wine colored pout. I just love the wicked feel the color gives. It is absolutely stunning.
Be sure to check in with Britt for her Kat post’s and Product reviews <3
